Important Information for Your Stay Spa Care. If you wish to request a service during your visit please let us know. To ensure every guest enjoys a clean and relaxing experience, the rooftop spa is fully serviced and refreshed between each guest stay. If you are enjoying a longer visit, we may coordinate a convenient time for our technician to briefly access the rooftop to service the spa if needed. Should the spa require attention during your stay, we are always happy to arrange service to keep everything comfortable for you. Desert Environment Notice The Desert Rose sits in the heart of Southern Utah’s beautiful desert landscape. Because of this unique natural environment, occasional desert pests may appear despite our proactive efforts. Our home receives routine pest control treatments to help maintain a comfortable environment. However, in desert climates: Sugar ants may appear if food is left out, even with regular treatments. Desert cockroaches may occasionally be spotted as they naturally live in the surrounding area. While we take every reasonable measure to minimize pests, their presence can sometimes be unavoidable in desert environments. Refunds will not be issued for pest sightings, but if needed we are happy to request an additional pest control visit during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the beauty and unique charm of the desert surroundings.
