A $500 fine will be charged for any evidence of smoking, along with any additional costs for cleaning or damage. No Pets. A $500 fine will be charged for any evidence of a pet being present. Pool & Spa Combo Usage: Exercise caution and responsibility. Children must be supervised at all times. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO DIVING. Safety Measures: For your safety, please do not climb on or over any railings or barriers within the property. Hot Tub & Pool Maintenance To keep the pool and spa clean and enjoyable, service is performed twice weekly and typically takes about 30 minutes. Please do not dive into the pool or spa. Landscaping Landscape maintenance is performed on Fridays to keep the outdoor areas looking their best. Desert Environment Notice Our home is located in the beautiful Southern Utah desert. While we perform regular pest control treatments, occasional sightings of desert insects, including ants or other pests, may occur. To help prevent sugar ants, please keep food stored and surfaces clean. If an issue arises during your stay, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist. Resort Amenities Pecan Valley Resort amenities, operating hours, and availability are managed by the resort and may change without notice. Resort Construction Pecan Valley Resort is a growing community, and construction may occasionally occur during weekday hours and limited weekends. While every effort is made to minimize disruptions, some construction-related noise may be present during your stay. What to Expect This is a professionally managed vacation home designed for families and groups. The home is fully cleaned and stocked prior to arrival with a starter supply of paper products, soaps, and basic essentials. Additional supplies can be purchased locally if needed. Daily housekeeping, concierge services, and unlimited consumable supplies are not included. Mid-stay cleanings and additional guest services may be available for an additional fee.
